With habitats ranging from the rich coastal forests of the Pacific through the peaks of the Cascade Mountains to the arid grasslands of the Great Basin, it's no wonder Oregon is one of the birdiest states in the country, with over 500 species recorded within its boundaries. This is a project to compile bird sightings for the Beaver State.
