All photographic observations within Acadia National Park are welcome from 8 AM July 18 through Noon on July 19. While photo observations of invertebrates are preferred, photos of birds, and blooming wildflowers are also welcome.
The purpose of this project is to add to our traditional collection-style annual single taxon focused bioblitz to include an open all taxa expansion to the bioblitz in hopes of recruiting a greater number of participants.
Ultimately, we would like to engage a higher volume of public participation in chronicling changes in the park's biodiversity using iNaturalist.
