2 years, 40,000 observations, nearly 1,500 species

The Seaslugs of the World project has completed its second year!

Since last year the project has increased the number of observations by 38% and the number of species by 30%. The number of observers has also grown 62% and the number of identifiers by 49%.
Another interesting achievement is the increase in Research Grade observations (complete record with date and location with identification verified by at least two people). By the end of the first year 76.5% of the observations had achieved this level. Right now, 82.5% of the records have Research Grade.

Keep on the good work! Get more records coming, bring more people in and help us all gather more knowledge about these incredible animals.
