June 30 2018: high summer farm gathering with iNaturalist biodiversity survey

We'll meet on the farm to attend to a few farm jobs and celebrate the Summer Solstice season in Eastern North Carolina with another cookout on the shore of the Albemarle Sound.

Farm jobs: we have a little cleanup to do and a number of new fig bushes to be transplanted to the fig orchard. It may be worthwhile to check our mushroom beds. As always, we like to observe and document the flora and fauna on the property.
