Change to required observation fields

When you upload a picture of a plant species, you will now be required to record if you observed/collected Strauzia from that patch of plants. There is also an optional Strauzia observation date field where you can enter the date that you observed a fly. If you observe a fly on a later date, you can edit your observation and change your responses.
