If this is done, is more likely that they will be selected for sequencing and likely the only way that you will be credited with any of your finds which may be new to science, or firsts for the state or GenBank.

Please try to get good enough shots of all salient identification features of your mushroom, the field shot, undersides, any below ground details. Try to fill the frame with the mushroom without cropping anything, and get a couple angles.
