It seems, that there exist no types, and identity is unclear - so Blake (1933):

However, D. crenicollis in the interpretations of Horn (1889) and Jacoby (1884), later named D. horni Jacoby, 1891 were found to be synonymized with D. fumata.

D. crenicollis may well be identical with D. fumata LeConte, but there is no proof for it, and also no modern records of it.
