As a biologist with Canadian Forest Service, I study the effects of forestry on forest-dwelling vertebrate animals in Canada. I have worked on American marten, woodland caribou, grey wolves, blue-spotted salamanders, and cavity-nesting birds. Currently I am working on my PhD at University of New Brunswick studying white-tailed deer. Much of my research involves working with telemetry information to conduct resource selection analyses at multiple scales, home range analyses, and studying animal movement and survival.
