Plant very large with a stout creeping rhizome; pseudobulbs up to 30 cm long; leaves 7-40, arranged in a fan, 25-60 x 2-2.5 cm; inflorescence branched; flowers apple-green to yellow green with dark blackish spots on lip; sepals 40-45 mm long; lateral sepals dorsally keeled; lip recurved, 3-lobed, 3 cm long, the side lobes bigger than the middle one.
