Plant 6-11 cm tall; leaves 2-3, lanceolate or linear-lanceolate, 2.8-4.5 x 0.7-1.3 cm, reticulately marbled with white; inflorescence 3-15-flowered, glandular; flowers pink; sepals 3.5-4.5 mm long; lip 3-lobed, broadly ovate, 4-4.5 x 3 mm, side lobes subtriangular, midlobe broadly ovate, obtuse; spur sausage-shaped, 4-5 mm long, another form has a sub-entire lip and short, 1-2.5 mm long, cylindrical spur.
