The Hygrophoropsidaceae are a family of mushrooms that are gilled in appearance but lie within the Boletales. The family contains 18 species within two genera:Leucogyrophana and Hygrophoropsis, with the best-known member being the "false chanterelle" (Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca).
