Scents of a Sea Lemon

Yesterday, I went tide-pooling with Ken-ichi, Tiffany and a bunch of other people from Flickr. The weather was amazing. The sky was pretty clear and the surf wasn't really crazy like when we went to Bean Hollow. This time we went to Scott Creek, Davenport Landing which is near Santa Cruz. It was great, so much stuff was out!

Highlights included:
- Finding TWO! octopuses (Octopus rubescens)
- Smelling a sea lemon (Peltodoris nobilis)
- Seeing more globs of nudibranchs than I knew existed.
- Fording a small river
- Seven people cooing over a tiny octopus
- Watching an octopus squirt ink, frantically change coloring and siphon water

Haha, "fording." So, one thing I didn't add and probably should have is the ability to backdate your posts. I take it that's something you'd be interested in?
