I may be wrong here, but I'm struggling to get the feeling of a Brown SE here. There seem to be a rather pronounced yellow cere, which is a problem. The bill also seem rather slender. But you may know better if you saw the bird from the front

With the crest, walhberg's eagle might be an option. But I've lost my mojo on these brown eagles after a lack of exposure over the last few years.
