I believe you are correct--just outside of its confirmed range, too, but hardly surprising since that is just across the river, after all. With the huge flood here, we've had an explosion of dragonflies, it's been an amazing year for them. Due to the dragonfly surge, the mosquito swarms arrived quite late, giving us more time than usual to enjoy the spring and summer. One can hope that all those dragonflies produced tons of mosquito-larvae-devouring offspring.
