Could be, there do seem to be a pair of larger "tentacle" like appendage toward the head, but do members of that family usually have lots of other tentacles?

Looks more like a Terebellid to me.

Yeah, my initial thoughts tere Terebellidae or Cirratulidae, since I know they both occur in that kind of area. I'd just never seen one out swimming around before. Should have gotten better shots of the head.
