I think this is a ringneck snake. The picture is blurry because this little guy was moving away quickly. I'm lucky to have managed to get a picture somehow.

I have a higher resolution of this picture. Mostly its back is grey-ish while it's belly is more orange-ish. And of course, it has a clear ring around the neck.
