I think that had more to do with the reclassification of the genus.

I would have added the subspecies were it available under the new genus.

While cleaning up the Australian list on iNat of several species without so much as a record in the southern hemisphere, I saw where iNat
reproduces inactive taxa duplicating the entry. So "Galah" appears twice with different values/data assigned without maintaining the integrity of the original subspecies. This has happened to more than 50 of my own entries in the past year or so and I have had to start over each time.
