A year ago I had not heard of these and now I find that there are many. I saw one of a very grayish color last week but did not have a camera along to verify it. Nice photo. I hope you add it to Project Slime Molds of the World.

This looks it could be Trichia varia but with out looking at it with a microscope its difficult to be sure.

The shape of the sporocarp (cilyndrical with a constriction in the middle) and the compact fructification points to Trichia favoginea. As myxonz says, ornamentation of spores will tell: reticulated T.favoginea; warted T. varia.
