Really tall tree/bush? Maybe 30 feet tall. Green leaves with white and yellow stalky things that look fuzzy from far away.

Laurel cherry (P. laurocerasus). Prunus lusitanica has finely serrate leaves and a darker green color.

Thanks - I didn't know about that species, and now I see it's a major invasive in the PNW.
