Not 100% on ID but the only other similar one is the Redtail Parrotfish (Sparisoma chrysopterum).

I'm leaning towards Queen Parrotfish on this, but can't really tell. Blue Parrotfish are huge with a distinctive snout shape, so I don't think it's that.
