Description

I went back to a place we found an injured baby Queen Snake and found this gorgeous Queen Snake under a rock. This absolutely made my day! A park ranger stopped just as I was discovering it and he even gave me permission to handle the snake, as it was his first time seeing one. These snakes are considered an endangered species in Pennsylvania so to find two of them in this particular area is very good news.
