Seeing Chimney Swifts every day in the summer, I can tell this is Vaux's. Wings more sickle shaped, swept back, and more bi-colored. Yeah, hard to ever get a swift photo. I have a few of Chimney Swifts, but what a task!

Pic's are a tad bit blurry but I was just happy I got the Swift in the frame ! Very hard to track a Swift in flight.
