Description

I may have planted one of these last fall and now there are hundreds in a area that is not irrigated but we have received a lot of rain. Mostly shade - wondering if it is a type of phlox. I know it's not Carolina Phlox because we have that in another area and it looks different

Description

This plant began growing in a pot. We did not plant it. Now it looks like a tree and we want to plant it in the ground but don't want to plant something we can't identify in case it is not good for the environment like an invasive. We have not seen any berries or flowers
