On a small section of meltwater on a farm lot. Picture is poor as they started flying away but it has the geo coordinates. Both male and female spotted.

If anyone has any ideas on what type of worm this is that would be great! The worm is in a puddle 4 ft x 1/2 ft that stretched over a path between two marsh areas. Air temperature was between 5-10 degrees Celsius. Fresh snow melt, some ice still covering marshes.
