What
Downy Woodpecker (Dryobates pubescens)Observer
dgillDescription
This woodpecker flew into my garage about 12 hours ago. I have all the doors open but it has not yet flown out. It flies back and forth from the garage door rails to the hanging bikes but never gets low enough to fly out the door. With a diet consisting primarily of insects and spiders, I hope it finds some of the ones living in my garage.
