A small turtle was observed captive. By the morphology of the abdomen and the length of the tail, I presume the specimen is a male. The animal measured around 4-6 inches in length.

A black beetle was found during the day, around the countryside of the island. It exhibited two pair of wings, one covering the other. Also, antennas and protruding mouthparts where observed.

Puerto Rican Boa (Chilabothrus inornatus)Observer

A boa was seen during the night, inside one of the bedrooms of the logging. It was around three feet long, with dark brown pigmentation. A photo of the specimen could no be retrieved, however loose skin was further found near the ceiling of the house.

A colorful little frog was seen indoors in a rural mountainous town in the middle of the island. The amphibian exhibited a light green lime pigmentation. The frog was not part of the Eleutherodactylus genus given that the specimen had webbing between toes.

The lone injured starfish was captured and released near the shore. It exhibited nine arms, three of them not being complete. This could be explained by a failed attempt by a predator or by a previous interaction with a human.

Six roaches where seen in an outside sink. They where all presumed dead, laying on their backs. All exhibited long antennas, in some almost twice the length of their body.

Green Iguana (Iguana iguana)Observer

Few green iguanas where seen around the house, while others laid on tree branches. The one on the photo shows a light yellow color with green covering the most of the top. The tail has a few black lines from beginning to end forming some sort of rings.

A few chickens where observed around the house. They where followed by their chicks.

Domestic Horse (Equus caballus)Observer

A group of three wild horses where seen eating grass. They all exhibited the same light brown hair color pigmentation. With the exception of one, they also possessed a white mark on their face.
