3 golden drops in a row. I'm assuming they're eggs, but I don't know eggs of what. There definitely seems to be something inside.
They are on the underside of a common milkweed leaf.

It looks like it's a ground-hugging plant.

I was relatively confident in my identification (even though the bark isn't a perfect match for any pictures I've seen in guides) until someone said this species is rare in this region. I've been looking for confirmation since then because I see it everywhere in this park.

I found this individual under a flower umbel, near a stream, about 45 minutes before sunset.
It's not the best possible picture, since it wasn't actually the subject of the photo, but I was wondering if anyone could narrow the identification down to the species.

Habitat: my balcony. Shaded, but not particularly humid nor near a water body.
It pretty much spent most of the day in its web and it stayed active until fairly late fall.
