Two weka size and shape chickens walking behind a supermarket in Christchurch. No comb or wattle so maybe very young. Red brown heads and necks fading to dark brown plumage on rest of body. They must be a lost pair of chickens of some kind, but what type of chicken are they? We will try and organise some kind of rescue tomorrow if they are still there.
