I believe this is a type of daisy. I am not sure what kind, but as you can see, it has a green stem, white petals and a yellow center. There was a bunch of this stuff growing together. It was thriving in the sunlight.

Here is a bloom I found on a tree in my study area. It resembles a lilly flower to a certain extent...but it for sure isn't one. The petals are orange with a rather fuzzy whitish inside. There were numerous others on the tree but I just got a closeup of one. It was about 74? and rainy.
