Description

The lichen was very and seems to have fungi growing next or on top of it. It was growing on a slanted branch of an oak tree. The fungi is brown and almost shaped like an oval and has white edges surrounding it

The thistle is red and has spikes coming out the top and not really around it like the sides. The thistle is very thorny and has spikes on it's top.

Description

The plant is in a very sunny spot and is very dry. It's location was near the burn spot and the texture of the plant has a thorny touch to it when contact is made. The look of the plant is fuzzy and soft but in reality, it's very spiky.

Description

The dragonfly was soft when held and is about an inch and has its wings extended and is half an inch. The color doesn't match the blue dasher because it could have hatched at the time I caught it.

Description

The moss seems to be growing on a boulder and tress around it with the same type of moss. The moss is soft and is all dry and is slanted downwards. When water is supplied it reacts to the moss and it starts to form a different shape.

Description

The butterfly is black and yellow with the size of four inches with the wings spread open and has a unique pattern on it's wings. The creature was near a pond but is about 30 feet away from where it was caught.

The grasshopper was no bigger than a nickle and had an odd pattern on the back where it's wings were. The grasshopper is a light brown with a khaki color on some of the grasshopper.

The spider was black and yellow colors with red legs on the bottom and a tad bit red on the top,. The size of the spider was almost as big as the birdie in sport Badminton.
