Seven-spotted Lady Beetle (Coccinella septempunctata)Observer
juliapasseriDescription
Two lady bugs.. or from the breed of the lady beetle family.
I purposely took the picture of the two of them on the leaf so you can judge its size. Though most of you already know the lady bug is as tiny as a fingernail.
Colour: Orange and black spots. Black Legs.
Habitat: A leaf on the tree in my cousins backyard.
It was a hot day of the long weekend.
Slimy to touch.
They were able to fly.

juliapasseriDescription
This flower, was blooming off of a garbage disposal fence at my work!
I stopped and had to take a picture.
From what I could tell, it grew from a stem, off the ground.
The Number of Petals: 5
Yellow Color.
Size: You can judge how big it is by looking at the little ant inside of it.
I purposely put the ant inside of the flower for the picture to actually compare sizes.
It also has a bit of resemblance to that of a zucchini flower plant based on the colour and texture.

Eastern Gray Squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis)Observer
juliapasseriDescription
This squirrel I noticed on campus, was the only squirrel that didn't run away when I came close to it.I found it near a bunch of bushes.
When doing my research I found it quite difficult to distinguish what type of squirrel it was.
The squirrel was eating the rotten apples on the floor.
Typically, it was in a tree.
The belly of the squirrel was reddish brown, and the tail of the squirrel is thick. This made me think that it was a fox squirrel.
Eastern grey squirrels have grey but can have brownish fur.
Tail: Large, Bushy, White texture around it.
It was hunting for prey/food.

juliapasseriDescription
Was on a hike in my-near neighbourhood at Boyd Conversation Park. I zoomed in on the picture. It's white with no other colours, and seems almost furry to the touch. The stem is short and thick.
The habitat: Was in the ground of the woods/trails. So there were multiple trees, soil and leaves surrounding the mushroom. But it is as twice the size of a small acorn (As you can see in the picture itself).

Cross Orbweaver (Araneus diadematus)Observer
juliapasseriDescription
This is the one and only closest picture I got given my fear of spiders. It was located right outside my front door! Im not quite sure what category it falls under, hence why I kept it broad. The spider has eight legs, and no antennas which distinguishes it from the insect category.
Part of me thinks that this could be a cross orb weaver spider.
