Was swimming 30ft from shore. Saw it surface once, look around, and then it dived and that was the end of the siting. Observer got a good look at the shell and flippers. Observer was about 100m above the water and observed the turtle from a 50 degree angle from the deck at Bamfield Marine Science Center. There may have been jellies in the area.
