ID is not certain - Cooper's is rough guess. Tail confuses me, it's not distinctly banded like previous posts. This bird seem naive, Not quick to flight. Gives impression of being young and inexperienced. Hangs around occasionally calling. Revisits nest location frequently. Other birds not terribly bothered by it's presence. Seems to be a different bird from my earlier posts.
