Ladybug pupae! Pictured are several bugs on plants (and one bug molt whose front legs or maybe teeth are still attached to the plant. ). They appear to be attached to the plants only in the front. They periodically lift their rear ends up into the air, then settle down again of the leaf, all the while remaining attached at the front.
