Description

Growing wild in a natural forest reserve in Fraser Hill in the Titiwangsa mountains of Pahang, with an average altitude of 1,200 metres. The highland resort is one of the last hill stations of Malaysia, developed by former British colonials in the 1890s at the height of the tin ore trade. The entire hill is a protected nature reserve and gazetted wildlife sanctuary.
