Oak (Quercus ilex) in the fountain of the old inn Bac. Features: This unit has a vault of 3.30 meters, the trunk with many bumps in the base makes around 6.30 meters and maximum diameter is 1.20 m. The crown for 15 m and rises to 16 m. The source who is close to the tree provides the necessary moisture for growth. The trunk of the oak seems to be a resurgence of an older strain. Status: Have stump dented, we can deduce that this tree has suffered from the lack of soil and roots have had to make way amidst the pumice. Suggestions: Very close to the source and this tree are the remnants of Hostal del Bac (XVII), frequented by drovers who followed the path of St. Laurent from Cerdans to Figueres.
