Found at the Spring Breeze Pavilion of Pat Sin Leng country park. It has numerous of it's small larvae brethren swarmed at the trees with little harm done to them. This should be a new adult , just after metamorphosis.

A moth with a wing span of 20-30 mm. It mainly spans around China and Taiwan. It's antennae is folded backwards during resting and can be easily spotted with its bright orange red body and distinct black markings
