pricillah94Description
I was in "Turtle Park" when we saw a big Doe crossing the corner of the street and made its way up to the hills surrounding the park. She wasn't fazed by all the people around, it casually walked past the cars and up into the shrubs. It slowly walked around to the highest hill in the back of the park where it stood around quietly eating for some time. The deer was a good size and seemed healthy.

Striped Racer (Masticophis lateralis)Observer
pricillah94Description
We stumbled upon the racer snake on the garden path along side the Nature Center. It was calmly rested on a rock amongst scrub of Mulefat and Deer weed. It remained very still as we walked past it and remained still as we returned to approach it.
Although it was still, it as we walked around it-it followed us with its eyes until we left.
