I put my pitfall trap out in the Garden at my flat in Riccarton. I left it out for 5 to 6 nights. Over the 6 nights there were different types of weather and climate.

After looking through the microscope in the Lab today I identified many springtails.

Tracking tunnel was planted in the back yard at the flat, amongst vegetation. Minimal tracking footprints were left. I used peanut butter to bait any mammals.

Identified as a house mice.
