Observations by shade-epes

Light brown with larger, feathered antennae. Two subtle dots in the middle of the each wing. Fur present on the abdomen.

Six legs, large pinchers, three segments, jet black in color, out during cold weather

Possibly a parasite; found in the thorax of a dead moth. Covered in hair-like projections. Black with some brown in color. Larval stage

Light spots above the eyes within a light brown strip, lightly furry legs, and a rounded anterior end

Winged, attached to the side of a building heavily traveled by people, body and legs are five to six inches in height together, dark grey coloring with pattern on the body
