Observations by sonal

It was a pleasant winter morning , the bird was sitting on a dry delicate branch trying to maintain its balance . It flew away and came back to rest again on the same branch. It was amazing to watch its lovely colours in warm light .

There were 6-7 Egrets along with Gulls , Flamingos feeding in the lake , suddenly these two Egrets tried to attack each other , it lasted only for few seconds and I got this shot . The water body is located next to a very busy highway and one could spot different species of resident and migratory birds .
