Spotted a raccoon today running around the dumpsters again with another; it almost seems like they were playing.

A blue jay was spotted today absolutely dominating my bird feeder outside, many birds beat out by the blue Jay went to the ground to forage on leftovers

While I was lost trying to find my group for horseshoe crabs I ran into a skunk foraging through the sand. It came within 10 feet of me but ran when it heard music coming from my bag

After work I paid a visit to the mystic village again and sat with the mallards. They're very aggressive over human distributed food.

A group of turkeys passed by my field of vision as I was at a friends house, they all seemed to be in a hurry... A predator maybe?

Noted woodchucks on a visit to horse barn hill with Jaimie. They have a funny tendency to do this back and forth pivot when looking out for predators.

Before I left for class I spent a few minutes watching pigeons search for food in the backyard. Food was thrown out yesterday so there was plenty to find

Before I left for class this morning I spotted a small hornets nest on the peak of our house. I had not noticed it any day prior so I figure that they build quickly. There were a few around the nest.

After I got home I began to have dinner and watched 3 hummingbirds take sugar water from the feeder. It almost seems like they fight at times.

I noticed a finch after work at mystic village during the taste hopping up on the bench I was at, chirping for food. It must have a lot of human interaction.

At work today I noticed a sea gull eating a French fry near the road, it would stay by the trash waiting to eat anything deposited.

While in the fenton river Jaime, Waheej and I spotted a rather passive bullfrog. After catching it we noticed some of its skin was torn on its underside. Perhaps it was attacked by another?

During observation today one of the most interesting moments was watching a red winged blackbird not only call to signal it's territory but also fight off a sparrow that was intruding.

As I went to take out the trash, I found the Earwig walking on the straw of a discarded cup. I observed it stay interested around the top of the straw before getting back to work.

A few robins foraged for food alone in contrast to the european starlings that were feeding in groups. The robins typically flew off in pairs, yet maintained a reasonable distance between each other.

At 10:45 AM during the rain two squirrels foraged together an consumed nuts on branches. Despite cooperative movement and eating, the squirrels exhibited territoriality between each other.
