Please help me ID this spider! Some people have told me it's a brown recluse, but brown recluses have much longer legs in every photo I have seen of them. I also do not believe brown recluses have made it this far north in CA. I do not want to kill any spider needlessly, but I have four pets I need to ensure are safe.
