It looked liked a piece of fuzz blowing around on the ground. But when it stopped in place I took a closer look.

Saw these 3 condors while i was hiking the southeast section of Rancho Cuyamaca State Park (California)
2 of them were sharing a tree while the third (with wings spread) was in another tree nearby.
