This one is so tiny even under 2x microscope view. Judging from its morphology, this one should be a cloverflea.

It's a small community garden where lawns have taken most of the areas and several mature trees are growing within. There is also a designed small children playground and seating area in the garden where sometimes attracts people to come in. Overall this is a relatively quiet and clean neighbourhood garden.

Today is a really nice day however it seems there are not too many birds are resting or stopping within the site(mostly flying by). During my observation (like 15 minutes past), there are kids coming to play so that basically no bird is found during the last 5 or 6 minutes
Photo of trees showing where bird songs come from. There is one blackbird observed but is unable to capture.

Monarch (Danaus plexippus)Observer
zhijun_guoDescription
I first noticed this Monarch among these purple flowers pollinating which is really fascinating (then started doing the 20 minutes interval project of ECOL202). This is not the first time I have observed Monarch butterflies in my backyard thus I assume that there should be several individuals moving around this area frequently. Again, could anyone help me with the plant identification please?
This one is a female Monarch.

There are quite a lot of cabbage whites in my backyard this day and it seems that they quite like resting on this plant species, which could be observed frequently. Please note that two plants with cabbage white on in the photo I captured were at the different ends of the backyard. *Can anybody tell me what plant is it?*
This backyard has been planted with different sorts of vegetables and fruit trees.
