I live on 26 acres of woodland and pasture next to the Brazos River in Brazos County, Texas. When Texas A&M University had academic programs in Botany, I was on the Biology faculty as a taxonomist. Thus, I have more than a passing interest in my immediate local flora. I joined this group on 30 Apr 2015 to engage in the Monarch/Asclepias enterprise, and am exploring options of this system that might allow biotic documentation of my immediate area.
