I found this individual under the bridge of the Ivon river (erroneously labeled Rio Verde in the Google map) south of Riberalta (bolivian Amazon). I found a colony of P. hastatus bats roosting there last year (see my earlier observation) and checked to see wether the bats were still there after early 2014 flooding. There were signs of habitation (guano) although the only bat I saw this day was the one in the picture. This individual was on the ground under the bridge: I thought it might be a young individual not fully able to fly. It let me come up very close.
