Here's what I think may be Barentsia sp. or Nodding Heads from the Phylum Entoprocta. I looked through Andy Lamb's Marine Life of the Pacific Northwest, and it seems to be the closest match to this 10" mass. The bits of beige are debris that must have gotten stuck on this unusual animal.
