I can just guess these individuals to belong to Xylocopa violacea, but can't be fully sure about the species.
They visited flowers of Campanula pyramidalis whenever the wheather would let them fly, so i could not refuse to take photos at last.
Am not sure if there is a larger member of Apidae in Austria.
