Although it is damn near impossible to tell exactly what I saw I am fairly sure that it was a halibut. Almost two and half feet long, brown in color, with the shape of a flat fish I feel that it is safe to say it was a halibut. There was a huge school of bait fish near the flood gates and this fish along with terns, and comorants were fishing here.
